“BE THERE, when we can’t be there!”

Stay Safe!

from Gary (Festival Nomad) & Judi (Scoop) McWilliams

During this time of turmoil, Judi and I want to wish you a safe and healthy Spring!

Like everyone, we are staying home and “self-isolating”.

As a result, we have been evaluating Ontario Visited and what it means during the COVID-10 pandemic.

Rather than worrying about the future, we are taking a look at our past 13+ years and using the time to create various videos.

It has been very enlightening to see how much we have done and seen over all these years! Also, it’s been a lot of fun and very rewarding to bring you a “glimpse” of our travels across Ontario!

Being There!

To help visitors to our websites, we have created “6 Ways of BEING THERE, when we can’t BE THERE!”.

These “6 Ways” include Adventure stories (with photos and videos), 4 BEEN THERE video series and our own Ontario Visited Blogs.

The photos shown below are “linked” to the “6 Ways” while the photos along the sides are linked to individual video pages.

NOTE: During the COVID-19 crisis, we realized that some of our “Lessons and Videos” can’t be used at this time, but they will come in handy, once the crisis has passed. Please stay safe!

Ontario Re-Visited Video Series ~ “Discovering Your Roots”

At the time when citizens did courageous acts to defend their land, country, communities, they may not have conscientiously known the impact they were having on future generations. Today, we can instantaneously see the results of our efforts. This through both today’s world-wide “24-hour” media and through the Internet’s “real-time” technologies.” (War of 1812)

Ontario Re-Visited examines our past in this weekly video series, “Discovering Your Roots“.
