Press Release April 18, 2024

Simcoe, ON–  Norfolk County Fairgrounds Festival, presented by Edward Jones is set to ROCK Simcoe once again June 14 & 15, 2024. The Norfolk County Agricultural Society is pleased to finally reveal the lineup for the upcoming and highly anticipated 2024 concert event.

Sam Roberts Band and 54•40 will headline Friday June 14, showcasing legendary Canadian performers with infectious live energy. Sam Roberts Band and 54•40 both have decades of rich history of entertaining worldwide, and bring an outstanding reputation for captivating live shows.

Theory of a Deadman will rock the Norfolk County Fairgrounds stage on Saturday night, June 15 in Simcoe with their undeniable hard rock force, major multi-platinum hits and countless sold out shows in each of the past two decades. Saint Asonia will first take the main stage with the union of two hard rock luminaries. Respectively, Adam and Mike had each reached stratospheric heights in Three Days Grace and Staind, toppling charts, packing venues, and selling millions of records. As such, their union captivated audiences worldwide. New Noise Magazine declared, “Any fan of hard rock (whether they’ve listened in recently or not) should give Saint Asonia a spin”.

Building on the success of last year’s inaugural Fairgrounds Festival, this stellar rock lineup marks the biggest concert event in Norfolk County in over a decade! The ‘Norfolk County Fairgrounds Festival’ began in 2023, supported by the municipal ‘Amplify Norfolk’ initiative and looks to build on the momentum created to once again deliver an incredible live music experience, showcasing Norfolk County as a significant live music and tourism destination. The Norfolk County Agricultural Society is thrilled to once again partner with Edward Jones, Women in Wealth, representing local offices, as the presenting sponsor of the two-day festival.

The Fairgrounds will open in the afternoon on June 14th and 15th, and feature a pre-concert party including interactive games and exhibits, numerous fabulous food trucks, and local craft beer, wine, spirits and cider.
