Toronto Zoo The Eras Tour

Your Toronto Zoo is ready to embrace Taylor’s creative spirit! Whether you want to trade friendship bracelets or have ‘the best day’ playing Bingo, we’ve got everything you need for a fun-filled day, including everyone’s favourite feline friends.🐱

Holiday Marketplace

Your Toronto Zoo is excited to be hosting a two-day Holiday Marketplace on Saturday, November 16 and Sunday, November 17 – Free with Zoo admission!

This 2-day indoor/outdoor market will showcase over 40 amazing artisans, processors, and producers from our local and surrounding communities. Shop local for gifts for the upcoming holiday season and enjoy festive photo opportunities while exploring the Zoo with friends and family. Holiday-inspired food and drink will be available for purchase. By shopping locally, you are helping to protect the environment by reducing your carbon footprint.

Where: Toronto Zoo Special Events Centre – Located within the Discovery Zone (close proximity to the front entrance). Vendors will be located both inside and outside.

Wildlife Health & Science Centre Gallery
Your Toronto Zoo is proud to support the Canadian Association of Science Centres for the Together Against Misinformation Campaign.

Join us in the Wildlife Health & Science Centre Gallery to build a strong foundation against misinformation which translates to ‘information that is spread unintentionally by someone who believes it is true.’

Let’s ‘debunk’ the myths and misconceptions by connecting with your Toronto Zoos expert teams to learn and ask questions.

The Coca-Cola Holiday Caravan Is Coming to Town!

‘Tis the season to share joy, laughter, and togetherness! On Saturday, November 30, stop by the Zoo’s Front Entrance between 10:00am and 4:00pm for a free family photo with Santa and plenty of festive cheer! #CocaColaCaravan

Zoo admission is not required to visit the Coca-Cola Holiday Caravan. Paid parking is enforced and can be purchased in advance of your visit

Annual Toronto Police Auxiliary
Visiting the Zoo on Saturday, December 7th? The Toronto Police Service Auxiliary will be at the Zoo’s front entrance collecting donations toward their annual Holiday Toy Drive!

Defining the true meaning of the season, items donated will go towards children in the local community and various shelters to help spread some holiday cheer.

In an effort to make this year a memorable one for as many children as possible, the Toronto Police Service Auxiliary hopes that during your visit to the Zoo, you will bring a donation to help ‘Cram a Cruiser!’ The Toronto Police Auxiliary Toy Drive can only achieve its goals with the assistance of generous donations from organizations and members of our community. Without these donations, serving those in our area would not be possible. In past years the Toronto Police Services Auxiliary helped over 3000 children celebrate the holidays, and they hope to continue to expand with your support!

Time: 9:30am, 12:30pm & 3:00pm

Join us for a Holiday Adventure: Santa, The Grinch and nonstop fun!

Head over to the Winter Wonderland at the Special Events Centre to spend some time with Santa and enjoy some warm beverages. There you will have the opportunity to take your own photo with Santa, who will have a special gift for all the children in attendance!

Plus catch the Grinch in Action! The Grinch is up to his usual tricks, sneaking around and trying to swipe presents from Santa’s sleigh. Can you catch him in the act?

Then get your face painted and join in on some holiday games and crafts while celebrating the holidays together, with a special visit from one of our ambassador animals. Bring the festive cheer and party with us at your Toronto Zoo this holiday season!
