Theatre on the Ridge artistic director, Carey Nicholson returns to the edgy contemporary comedy of Michael Ross Albert, whose satire “The Huns” was presented in the summer of 2020.

In “Two Minutes To Midnight”, Jack and Tracy really need a vacation, but everything at their all-inclusive tropical getaway has been a disappointment. It’s rained the entire trip, their social media influence hasn’t translated to real revenue yet, and an inbound nuclear missile might be about to annihilate them and everyone nearby. With the world– and their relationship– on the brink of collapse, the bickering couple stares down oblivion together, confronting the illusions that kept them together, and finding hope for their future in the chaos of imminent destruction.

All summer performances take place at Scugog Shores Museum Village,
16210 Island Rd.,
Port Perry, Ontario

All seating is general admission.

Our stage and seats are covered by our performance tent. We perform rain or shine.

Seats are provided. Picnic tables are available on the grounds.

Light refreshments are sold before the show and during intermission.

Entry to Scugog Shores museum is free for all theatre patrons, and guided tours will be offered weekly. Please check back for scheduled tour times.
