Downtown Orangeville Joy and Lights Festival 2026
November 20 -29, 2026
Downtown Orangeville’s holiday season runs as one ten-day festival, 20 to 29 November 2026, and admission is free. It opens with the tree lighting on Friday 20 November at 3 p.m. and closes on Sunday the 29th at 5 p.m.
The three things to plan around
Tree lighting — Friday 20 November, which opens the festival.
Santa Claus Parade — Saturday 21 November. The single busiest day of the ten.
The Very Merry Holiday Market — 20–22 and 27–29 November. An open-air, European-style market on Second Street, run out of wooden chalets done up with garlands and lights, selling handcrafted gifts and festive food and drink. Note the gap: it runs the first weekend and the last, not the days in between.

- Double Joy Book stamps at participating downtown shops
