New long weekend market – Festival of Flavours on Toronto’s Waterfront, a Global Food Celebration
TORONTO, ON – A brand-new global food festival is taking over Sugar Beach this May long weekend.
Festival of Flavours is transforming Toronto’s waterfront into an outdoor celebration of global cuisine, bringing together bold eats, sweet treats, live entertainment, and family-friendly activities in one lively destination.
With more than 50 food vendors participating, visitors can explore flavours from around the world while enjoying waterfront views, music, games, and interactive experiences.

“We’re excited to welcome everyone to the first outdoor waterfront market of the season.” says Athena Mattheou, Marketing Coordinator at the Waterfront BIA. “The Festival of Flavours marks the start of a busy summer filled with events, markets, and activations happening all across the waterfront. We hope people will keep returning and exploring all Summer long.”
The festival will also offer a VIP Taste Pass program, featuring $5 tasting options at participating vendors, giving guests an affordable way to sample standout dishes and discover new favourites.
