Desjardins named presenting sponsor for Orillia 2026 Ontario Winter Games

The City of Orillia and the 2026 Ontario Winter Games Organizing Committee are proud to announce Desjardins Financial Group as the presenting sponsor for the Orillia 2026 Ontario Winter Games, set to take place across two weekends, Feb. 19 to 22, and Feb. 26 to March 1, 2026.

This landmark partnership marks a significant milestone in the lead-up to one of the province’s most anticipated multi-sport events.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Desjardins Group to the Ontario Winter Games family,” said Mayor Don McIsaac. “Their support will help us create an unforgettable experience for athletes, families, volunteers, and the Orillia community as a whole. With Desjardins by our side, we’re confident the 2026 Ontario Winter Games will inspire the next generation of Ontario’s athletes.”

As the presenting sponsor, Desjardins will play a vital role in supporting nearly 2,500 young athletes from across Ontario as they compete in more than 17 sports throughout the region. The partnership reflects Desjardins’ deep commitment to youth, community development, and healthy living.
