For our 2024 maize season we have chosen to celebrate the Ontario dairy industry and its farmers in a fun and education way!

Ontario’s dairy farmers are the backbone of the province’s dairy industry, dedicated to producing high-quality milk while upholding the highest standards of animal welfare and environmental sustainability. These hardworking farmers ensure that fresh, nutritious dairy products like cheese, yogurt, and butter reach local communities. Operating within a supply management system, they maintain a stable and reliable supply chain that supports thousands of jobs across Ontario.
Beyond production, many farmers are deeply involved in educational outreach, helping to connect people with the essential role that dairy farming plays in daily life and the local economy.
