Oakville is set to host multiple Curling Ontario events during this upcoming 2025-26 season

Oakville has been selected to host two major Curling Ontario events during the 2025-26 season, both in March 2026.

Oakville will be hosting the National Men’s and Women’s qualifying rounds for the Canadian Masters Championships taking place on March 30th-April 6, 2026.

Qualifiers in Oakville will be held from Dec 12-14, 2025 and all participating teams must pay a fee of $446.25 to play in this event.

A final deadline of Nov. 17, 2025 will be the last day you can pay to participate in the event.

Competitors that qualify from this event will play in the Provincial competition which will be held at Woolwich Memorial Centre in Elmira, ON.

Those who qualify in the Provincial event will play at the Canadian Masters Championships which is a National event.

The Oakville Curling Club will also be hosting the Senior Provincial Championships from March 11-16, 2026.

Provincials will bring together the best Senior players from all over Ontario and those participating will have qualified for this event due to their performance at the Jan. 30-Feb. 1 qualification rounds.

Winners from this event in Oakville will have the chance to represent all of Ontario at the Canadian Senior Championships which will be held in December of 2026 at a currently unknown location.

The seniors event typically sees some of the best curlers from around the province compete, including past Brier and Scotties champions.
