As for the 12th edition of the Grassroots Festival, the family-friendly, folk-music celebration returns to St. Andrew’s Church on Kent Street for April 25-27, then moves to Irene’s Pub, 885 Bank St., on April 28.
The full lineup, programmed by a team that includes festival director Alison Bowie, is expected to be released in the first week of February.
