Welcome to another Happy Musical New Year
The 38th Annual Pickering Rotary Music Festival dates have been announced. Our classes are being scheduled to run February 20, 2025 to March 6, 2025.
We plan to complete our return to a fully in-person Festival. That includes completing adjudicated classes before March Break, and then holding a Playoff and our closing Concert and Awards Presentation. We have built our reputation on bringing top adjudicators to Durham Region, to provide the most enjoyable and educational musical experience possible for our students, teachers, and even recreational musicians. We hope to send more students on to Provincial competition.

Our Playoff Night will be March 25, 2025
Awards Ceremony will be April 5, 2025

The Pickering Rotary Music Festival is back for its 38th year and is fully in-person once again.
Local music students and amateur musicians are invited to take part in the event where top adjudicators — made up of professional musicians — provide an educational musical experience for participants.
For nearly four decades, the club has raised money from the community and hired musical performers and veteran teachers as adjudicators, who listen to, watch and encourage students or recreational musicians to perform by singing, or playing all sorts of musical instruments.
Adjucated classes will run from Feb. 20 to March 6 and a playoff night will take place on March 25. The closing concert and awards presentation is on April 5.
